Photos are not appearing
Open iOS Settings, choose CleanShot Vault, then Photos. Select Full Access, or update the selected photos if you prefer Limited Access. Return to the app and pull down to refresh.
A screenshot is missing
CleanShot Vault normally shows images identified by iOS as screenshots. Confirm the image is still in Apple Photos and that the app has permission to access it.
Deleting screenshots
Select the screenshots you want to remove and follow the confirmation flow. Apple Photos may retain deleted items in Recently Deleted until they are permanently removed.
Local organization data
Titles, notes, tags, categories, favorites, and review status are stored only on your device. Use Settings in the app to clear local organization data.
Contact support
When reporting a problem, include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and a description of what happened. Do not attach private screenshots unless they are necessary and you have removed sensitive information.
